Safety & Quality

The company safety statement sets out the safety policy of King Brothers Developments. So far as it is reasonably possible, the Company will ensure that each place of work,and the materials, equipment, plant and machinery, are safe and comply with statutory requirements. As and where required, employees will undertake the necessary training to carry out their tasks correctly and safely. All operatives will hold a Safe Pass Card.

King Brothers will at all times strive to satisfy customer requirements by ensuring that works:

• Comply with specification.
• Are completed on time.
• Are completed within budget.

The Project Manager and Site Foreman are responsible for the quality of construction work and finishes on site. The contracts manager reviews the quality of the work on a regular basis, to ensure it is up to standard.

At the regular site meetings, the quality of work is discussed with architects and any issues arising are documented in site minutes and the necessary action is taken by the Project Manager and Site Foreman.
